Adam Hibble is a Vice President in the valuation and advisory services practice at Teknos. He has worked in finance for approximately 20 years and has completed thousands of valuations. While Adam has a breadth and depth of experience with technology companies, he specializes in valuation for business combinations, impairment, and stock valuations for tax and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Teknos, Adam was a Managing Director at Pacific Standard Valuation, a Director of Financial Strategies Consulting Group, a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, and a Senior Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has performed a wide range of valuations for tax and accounting purposes, including post-acquisition accounting, asset impairment testing, compensation, and gift and estate planning.
Adam holds a BA from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Adam has completed the education program of the American Society of Appraisers and is a member of the Appraisal Issues Task Force (AITF) of The Appraisal Foundation.
