Tim Iversen, ASA, Vice President
Tim Iversen is a Vice President in the valuation practice at Teknos. He has worked in finance for approximately 20 years and has completed more than 300 valuations and fairness opinions.
Prior to joining Teknos, Tim was a Manager at WTAS and at American Appraisal Associates. He performed a wide range of valuations for tax and accounting purposes, including post-acquisition accounting, asset impairment testing, compensation, and gift and estate planning. While at American Appraisal, Tim spent five years helping to establish a Tokyo branch office and worked on many cross-border projects. Earlier in his career, he held positions in credit analysis and collateral audit for Wells Fargo Bank.
Tim holds a BS from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
Tim has completed the business valuation education program of the American Society of Appraisers and has earned the designation Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
