Casper Schouten is a Vice President in the Teknos Crypto team. He leads key strategic initiatives, drives business development, and leads marketing efforts for the firm’s digital asset practice. In addition, Casper oversees the valuation advisory services to clients in the blockchain and crypto sector.
David DeFronzo, CFA, ASA, ABV is a Vice President at Teknos Crypto, where he leads audit-defensible valuations for crypto-native companies, tokenized networks, and digital asset funds under IRC 409A and ASC 820. David specializes in valuing complex financial instruments including SAFEs, convertible notes, and structured equity as well as private companies.
Matthew Dunn is an Associate Vice President on the Teknos Crypto team, specializing in valuations for emerging technologies, Web3, and crypto-native businesses. He has led and supported valuations of intellectual property and digital assets, including token protocols, smart contracts, network infrastructure, source code, and patents. Matthew also performs transfer pricing studies, purchase price allocations, and impairment analyses, ensuring compliance with financial reporting and tax regulations.
