Eric Sundheim is a Vice President in the valuation practice at Teknos. He has significant valuation experience and has completed hundreds of valuation projects including stock option analysis for financial reporting purposes, intangible asset valuations, complex security valuations, and analyses for expert reports to support litigation.
Prior to joining Teknos, Eric was a Senior Consultant at Precision Economics where he prepared expert reports for valuation, transfer pricing, and public policy.
With respect to his work related to litigation engagements, Eric has provided valuation services in connection with more than 30 cases, for plaintiffs and defendants, in California Superior Court, Canadian Tax Court, Delaware Chancery Court, Federal District Court (Districts of Delaware, New Jersey, Northern California, Ontario Superior Court, Western Texas, and The Virgin Islands), US Bankruptcy Court, US Tax Court, plus specialized venues such as private mediation and arbitration. In addition, Eric has prepared expert reports, including rebuttal reports, assisted counsel in the preparation for cross-examination, and attended depositions.
Eric received a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. And, he has received the designation, Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), from the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation. Eric also resides as the Treasurer of the American Society of Appraisers’ Northern California chapter.
