Matthew Dunn is an Associate Vice President in the Valuation and Advisory Services practice at Teknos, with several years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, and forensic accounting. He has led and supported hundreds of valuations for financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Prior to Teknos, Matthew was a Senior Associate at Crowe LLP, where he focused on valuations related to business combinations, intangible assets, and equity securities. He also held roles at Socotec and Veritas Advisory Group, providing litigation consulting and forensic accounting services in matters involving securities fraud, white collar investigations, business interruption, estate disputes, and other complex commercial issues.
Matthew earned a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis, graduating summa cum laude from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
