Sean Gilbert is an Advisor in the valuation and advisory services practice at Teknos. He has several years of experience in valuations, investment banking, and business strategy and has completed hundreds of valuation projects including stock option analysis for financial reporting purposes, intangible asset valuations, and complex security valuations, and transactions.
Prior to joining Teknos, Sean worked at JSB Partners and served as the lead Investment Banking Analyst on a number of licensing and M&A transactions, as well as associated advisory work, in the life sciences industry. Sean’s experience also includes positions at Goldman Sachs and MFS Investment Management.
Sean received a BS in Finance (Summa Cum Laude and Beta Gamma Sigma) from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
